"I hate spring." you groaned in bed, the pillow muffling your complaint. You tried burying your face into a pillow and closing your eyes so the itchiness would somewhat go down a bit, but that still didn't extinguish your burning desire to itch at them.
The intense pollen moving through the air seemed to have a bad effect on your eyes. A very bad effect. Your eyes would go so red and swollen, eye drops barely gave you relief. You wanted to itch, but the more you itched, the redder your eyes would get.
